Because I sell wholesale, so many are sold,” said Mr. Ibnu calmly. The success of Pak Ibnu and his wife ran aground when the Covid-19 outbreak hit the city of Makassar. On the eve of Eid, which is usually crowded with people buying bags, the shop has to close for 2 weeks because it follows the PSBB provisions. As a result, the turnover was unstoppable. If it is calculated in terms of sales, Pak Ibnu’s turnover has fallen by 80% during this pandemic. He even experienced that no buyers came to Pak Ibnu’s stall. This situation made Pak Ibnu not just give up, he took advantage of the existing online facilities.
