  • Minimum of 21 years on approval
  • Maximum of 65 years when paid off
  • Minimum of 21 years on approval, or 17 years if married
  • Maximum when paid off:
    • 55 years for employee
    • 60 years for professionals/ entrepreneur
2 Profession Employee/ professionals/ entrepreneur
3 Work/ Business Period
  • Minimum of 6 months for the working period
  • Minimum of 2 years for the business period
4 Required Documents
  • Application form (submit to referring member)
  • Personal & partner data (identification card, taxpayer id number, and family card)
  • Financial records (salary slip/ savings statement)
  • Proof of residence (SHM/ SHGB)
  • Proof of domicile (proof of payment for water/ electricity/ telephone)
  • Copy of car/ motorcycle certificates of ownership
