Jakarta, December 9, 2025 — KSP Sahabat Mitra Sejati (KSP SMS) continues to strengthen governance and service quality for members through its participation in the 2025 National Coordination Meeting (Rakornas) for Civil Registration (Dukcapil) with User Institutions, held by the Ministry of Home Affairs (Kemendagri) through the Directorate General of Population and Civil Registration (Ditjen Dukcapil) on December 9–10, 2025, at the Pullman Hotel, Jakarta.
The event was officially opened by Minister of Home Affairs Muhammad Tito Karnavian, accompanied by Director General of Dukcapil Teguh Setyabudi. This forum provides a strategic platform to strengthen synergy in the use of secure, accurate, and responsible population data across various public service sectors and industries. KSP Sahabat Mitra Sejati was attended by Luqmanul Hakim, Head of License and Government Relations, representing the Management.
Since 2017, KSP SMS has utilized the Dukcapil Electronic ID Card (e-KTP) data service as part of its prudent implementation of the principle to ensure the validity of member identities. This utilization is considered crucial in maintaining the quality of its service portfolio and building member trust.
“Utilizing Dukcapil population data is a crucial foundation for maintaining member trust. Accurate identity verification ensures the security and sustainability of cooperative services,” said Luqmanul Hakim.
In line with the national digital transformation, KSP Sahabat Mitra Sejati has adopted the Digital Population Identity (IKD) service since 2024. This aims to improve service process efficiency and strengthen member data protection.
According to Luqmanul, the cooperative’s presence at the Dukcapil National Coordination Meeting reflects KSP Sahabat Mitra Sejati’s commitment to continuously adapting to policy and technological developments through synergy with Dukcapil. It also emphasizes the cooperative’s role as a strategic partner for the government in maintaining data integrity and supporting the ongoing digital transformation of public services,” he said.
The presence of KSP Sahabat Mitra Sejati at the 2025 National Coordination Meeting on Civil Registration and Civil Registration (Rakornas Dukcapil) emphasized the cooperative’s role not only as a driver of its members’ economy but also as a strategic partner for the government in maintaining data integrity and encouraging the sustainable digital transformation of public services.
