Jakarta, August 15, 2025 — KSP Sahabat Mitra Sejati has successfully retained its ISO 9001:2015 quality standard for the scope of its Credit Process services from the certification body, SGS Indonesia.

The audit was conducted on August 13–14, 2025, at the Pasar Anyar Tangerang and Cibubur Branch Offices. It aimed to assess the conformity of work procedures, credit processes, the effectiveness of quality control, and service innovation for members.

The Chairman of KSP Sahabat Mitra Sejati I, Deddy Irja Pratama, expressed his appreciation for this achievement. “The ISO 9001:2015 quality standard is not just a recognition; it is also a motivation to continuously improve our service quality so that every member receives fast, accurate, and transparent service in accordance with international standards,” he said.

Meanwhile, Lely Dewi Susianty, the Secretary II and Coordinator of the ISO Team, added, “We are grateful to all work units that have contributed to maintaining the organization’s quality standards. This achievement is the result of teamwork, discipline, and the commitment of the entire team.”
