Celebrating the 2020 National Customer Day which falls on September 4, KSP Sahabat Mitra Sejati (KSP SMS) has carried out a number of activities to get closer to its Members or prospective Members. One of them, all KSP SMS Branch Offices simultaneously distributed health and food packages. This activity got enthusiasm from members and prospective members who were greeted with friendly greetings by the employees of the KSP SMS.
Apart from that, KSP SMS conducts a survey via SMS to all its members to find out how much satisfaction with the services provided by KSP SMS. This is necessary improve service to customers and prospective members.
