PATK held the 2023 Financial Integrity Rating on Money Laundering and Terrorism Financing (FIR on ML/TF) Dissemination event for all reporting parties including Savings and Loans Cooperatives, Commercial Banks, BPR, BPRS, and Goods and Service Providers on Thursday 2 November 2023. The event is PPATK’s annual agenda which has been held since 2020, to assess the quality and integrity of reporting parties’ implementation of the Anti-Money Laundering, Terrorism Financing, and Prevention of Funding for Weapons of Mass Destruction (APU, PPT, and PPPSPM) programs, as well as the quality of reporting to PPATK.
The event was attended by Irja Pratama, Chairman I of KSP Sahabat Mitra Sejati, and Achmad Dendi Hardiansyah, Director of Compliance & Risk at Bank Sahabat Sampoerna.
PPATK performed the first assessment for Savings and Loans Cooperatives at this year’s event. In this first year, KSP Sahabat Mitra Sejati received the title of Excellent in its class and received special appreciation from PPATK as the best Savings and Loans Cooperative regarding governance, SOPs, and reporting.
Likewise KSP Sahabat Mitra Sejati’s business partner, Bank Sahabat Sampoerna, received an Excellent title with a score above the average for Commercial Banks, as well as above the average for Banks KBMI 1, KBMI 2, and KBMI 3.
For this accomplishment, both KSP Sahabat Mitra Sejati and Bank Sahabat Sampoerna demonstrate its commitment and seriousness in implementing the APU PPT & PPPSPM program, combating money laundering and terrorist financing, and fully supporting the government’s efforts to create a healthy investment climate in Indonesia.
