Jakarta, 12 December 2024 – To support the development of Islamic boarding school cooperatives in Indonesia, KSP Sahabat Mitra Sejati participated in the Nusantara Islamic Boarding School Cooperative Festival held at the Karya Pembangunan Islamic Boarding School in Ciracas, East Jakarta. The event was officially opened by the Deputy Minister of Cooperatives, Mr. Ferry Juliantono, and attended by several key figures in the cooperative sector.
The festival featured several key agendas, including an inspection of the free nutritious meal program at the PKP DKI Jakarta Foundation Elementary School and the groundbreaking ceremony for the Free Nutritious Meal Kitchen. This initiative aims to improve community welfare and promote collaboration among cooperatives within the Islamic boarding school environment.
The Chairman I of KSP Sahabat Mitra Sejati, Mr. Ir. Deddy Irja Pratama and Mr. Luqmanul Hakim, as Government Relations, were present at the event. In his statement, Mr. Deddy expressed, “We see that Islamic Boarding School Cooperatives as having great potential to drive the local economy. KSP Sahabat Mitra Sejati is ready to establish strategic collaborations with the Islamic Boarding School Cooperative Association (Inkopontren) to support this development.” Emphasized Mr. Deddy
This festival served as a momentum to strengthen the network of Islamic Boarding School Cooperatives while realizing social programs with tangible impact on the community.
